Workaround to get horizontal clock on lock screen

Like many others I've been frustrated with the weird vertical clock on the lockscreen (NOT always-on screen). I've tried using themes to change it, but even with resetting my icons, not happy with how the themes changed the look of other apps (eg., settings, contacts, phone).

But now I have found the perfect workaround! Recall that the clock is horizontal as long as there's a notification. So, I've turned on the "steps" notification in Samsung Health. Now the clock is always horizontal, and I like knowing how many steps I've taken. Perfect!
