Worst battery ever

The battery is so bad for a new phone just come from iphone 4s n tht phone lasted longer n that was over a year old

That's odd. I've gotten over 4 and a half hours on screen time and I've still got 25% left. This is my first charge cycle. I'll screen shot it when its about to die. I'm extremely impressed so far.

Keep in mind that the S4 uses 4G LTE which is a HUGE battery killer plus all the features, bigger and brighter screen which the 4S doesn't have. If you want to save battery just turn off all the features and radios, and just leave things you need ON. Also, turn down the brightness and you will see improvement. I also had a 4S and I am a hardcore user and had to buy a mophie battery case to get through the day and now with the S4 I had to buy 2 spare batteries for the same exact reason.

Are you sure you're not just playing with it more? There is also a small chance you could have received a bad battery...it happens sometimes. Hard to believe it could be worse than the iP4S. BTW, some actual numbers and stats would be helpful.

Yeah, my friend got his S4 yesterday and he said he was using it all day today (without charging it since 7PM yesterday) and that he just got down to 21% a little bit ago. It has to be a bad battery or a troll.

No. Unfortunately I don't think it will ever end. I will say that I do get some entertainment when I think about people wasting their time bashing a phone/anything that they don't like. Most people would just move on in life if they don't like something.

I think the battery on this phone is great! Especially coming from a One X. This is the first cycle, has been off the charger since 7 a.m. and 50% screen brightness. Still have 64% left. Tried to post screen shot but its telling me parameters are missing?

I have not had any battery issues thus far and I'm using it hard. I got 18 hours on first usage after a full charge with hard use.
