Worth $300.00?

You're wrong. Best buy policy is 14 days to return. 15 days to exchange and longer for premier reward zone members. Costco is 14 day return / 90 day exchange policy. ALL resellers have to abide by the carriers return policy and terms and conditions.

My statement is correct. You can return for 15(longer for silver) or 90 days at best buy and Costco, respectively. As I said before, your contract is locked after 14 days. You can still do returns after 14 days.

"
Costco.com's return policy for any Wireless Advocates merchandise obtained through this website is 90 days from the original date of purchase. You must ship your merchandise in back to Wireless Advocates in like - new condition for a full refund. Merchandise should not be returned to a Costco store. All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization form which can be obtained from our Customer Service Team. Customer Service Team. Our distribution center is not able to process refunds for returns received without a return authorization.

Within 90 days you may receive a refund on the handset itself. However, you will still be responsible for any applicable early termination fees if service is canceled after the Trial Period. The Trial Period varies by carrier and State. See carrier Cancellation Policy for details."

If i am mistaken, please provide link to official website showing that you cannot return after 14 days

Who's going to return after you've already been locked up to the contract. 14 days to return. 15 to exchange, and Costco is 14 days to return 90 to exchange.

I said you could return , not that you would. Although not many people would do it, everyone's situation is different. It is simply a fact that you CAN return after 14 days. Don't say that my statement is wrong, when it is correct, and your statement is the one that is wrong

I paid full retail for my note to keep unlimited data. Definitely worth every bit of the 700 bucks

But when you're telling someone that you can return it, you're not telling them all the details as you've done in all your posts. Don't misinform the people on the thread.

Still not sure why anyone needs unlimited but to each their own. I pay for 2 GB and have 4 GB to use. I've never used even 2. My WiFi is just as fast if not faster than 4g so I stay connected to WiFi unless im not home

Just a few posts before that , I already mentioned that after 14 days, the contract is locked.

Yes, I bought my Rezound for $50 around the time it came out on one of my dumb phone lines, then immediately pushed it to my line, then putting the dumb phone back to the line used for the upgrade. Costco is nice because of the 90 day return period, i took advantage of it twice. Note that your contract is locked after 14 days regardless of where you bought it.

Usually, those that have the secondary etf are cheaper than those that don't.

I paid $750..... had to keep the unlimited!!! and worth every penny!!

If you wanted to save a little money, wait for a sale and start a new line of service , for example, sams club had it for $100 on contract. Before, best buy would price match, and you can get the $50gc on top of that if you signed up for it, bringing the price down to $50. Then just pay etf of $350 and one days service, which should be less than $5. So for $455, or $405 with gc, you can have a no contract note 2.the deal isn't good anymore, but I am sure another sale would come up sometime. To me, the savings would be worth it, but it obviously is a bit more hassle

Some stores do have a secondary etf, so you need to be careful of that

Another option if you have a family plan(not the current share everything plan) is to add a line, move the phone to the line you want and put a dumb phone or have Verizon put a dummy phone (nk physical phone) on the line , pay $10 a month, and you can upgrade in 20 months(contract is for two years, but you can upgrade in 20 months. You would also have to pay the $35 activation fee. And tax, which for me is around $4 a month, but some report as high as $7. If i take my cost of about $14 a month, that would be $280 plus $35, for 20 months at which point, I can upgrade again. Note that you are still under contract until 24 months

I am 2 weeks out until my plan rolls over & I have already used over 4 gigs. I cannot use the wifi at work, & There is no wifi at my gym, plus I stream Play while driving to work, & I use it as a hotspot at my mom's since she has crappy dial up...so good for you/
Can't add aline since that would forfeit my unlimited. If I go Shared, which is all Verizon offers, the lowest plan is already $20 more than what I pay, to get 4gb, it would cost me $35 more.

Buy on a website such as ebay or craigslist. Even though it might not be brand new you could still find one in perfect condition for about 450-500 bucks. Just make sure you meet at a verizon store so they can check and verify the ESN

You can add a line and maintain unlimited on the existing line. The added line would be on tiered data, or if you added the line just to get the phone, have Verizon put a dummy phone on the line.

Do you mind if I ask what area are you located?

I already have one. Like I said, I paid retail for mine. The day it was released. Worth every single penny.
Now, I have bought 5 of them since then, off Craigslist, & flipped them for enough profit to actually pay back my initial out of pocket;)
