Would would the 5.5 iPhone need for you to leave the note line?

I'm pretty sure if you switched the logos between the ip6+ and the LG G3, they would be saying how sleek and sexy the almost bezel-less Apple is compared to the competition!

Doesn't matter what company does what they are going to point out different/bad things about every other company. That's how it works.

I'm still gonna go check out the iPhone 6 plus this Friday in the store. They'll probably be sold out but want to see the display model in person. Still torn between getting the iPhone 6 plus or Note 4

It's unnecessarily, hideously big.

I don't see how it's hideously big. It's just a tad taller than the Note and it's thinner and less wide.

I don't think it is hideously big, but most iPhone ugraders will put a big Otterbox on it and then there will certainly be some buyer's remorse because it will be so much bigger than what they are used to. The jump from 3.5-4" to 5.5" + bezel + case is pretty dramatic.

I think that's your bias talking. I see people with iphones all the time, and rarely do they have big cases on them. Once in a while maybe, but more often they are bare or just one of the skinny cases.

Well, it's not bias but I could certainly clarify that it's based on my personal observations. Perhaps iPhone 6 Plus users might select a smaller case since the phone is already much bigger than they are used to, but on the flip side, the Plus phones are very valuable and people might take extra precautions and use a more protective case like the Otterbox. Nevertheless, my primary point is that unlike Android users who are often going from a 5" phone to a 5.7" phablet, this will be a much more radical jump for iPhone users and I expect some will just find it to be too big for their liking.

Went and played with a 6 plus at the store today and i think it feels better then my girlfriends note 3 for a few Reasons. Its thinner, the rounded edges also help a lot and it feels lighter. It doesn't feel huge by any means to me.

I plan on going tomorrow and seeing for myself. But would the iPhone 6 plus feel the same with a case? I would never run with the iPhone or Note naked

I'm either getting a 6 plus or the droid turbo if it ever comes out. I think the 6 plus would feel better with a case being 2.5mm thinner and a little bit lighter than something like the note 3.

So went to AT&T store today. They're all sold out of everything. Was planning on buying one, the IPhone 6 plus, and use it until note 4, comes out and then give the iPhone 6 plus to wife.

They said now iPhone 6 plus shipment pushed back to November. Wtf.

I got to play with iPhone and definitely like the plus size better. The regular 6 feels too small.

But after playing it for a while not very impressed. Think I'll stick with the note 4

It's funny. Was reading a mac magazine, and IOS 8 just came out and now they already have a wishlist for ios 9, and most of their list are things already on Android. Almost like they're wishing apple becomes more Android like haha. (3rd party apps, widgets, etc)

Ya my store won't get any 6 plus until October 24th they said. Just imagine if the only android phone was the note 4 or something it would be the same way with being sold out and back orders and people selling them for $2,000 on eBay.

Reviews all say the screen is amazing. I wasn't very impressed. Doesn't look any better than note 3. Can't wait to see the QHD of the note 4

I really liked the screen. The iPhone always has had a good screen but it is beautifully done on the the plus. I can't wait for mine to come into the mail. But I have to admit, the Note 4 is very tempting. It will be very interesting if the Note 4 becomes available before my iPhone 6 plus actually ships.
