I don't think you can fit windows 8 in 32 gb... I think you would need more memory and more disk space... So just ain't gonna happen.

Actually you could load windows 8 developer preview it only needs 1 gb of ram. Me and my friend loaded windows 8 developer preveiw on his dell which has 1 gb of ram and had only a amd semperon mobile, it ran perfectly.:
