Would you recommend Xfinity Mobile?

So I was looking at their prices and they are pretty good. Apparently they use Verizon towers too. I currently have Sprint but my bill just keeps getting higher. Has anyone used Xfinity Mobile? What are your thoughts on it?

First, I wouldn't use CDMA, but that's just me. I have a problem with the "underwater" sound of noisy CDMA. (I can handle noise, which is how GSM goes if it gets noisy.)

Second, which service is best for you depends on what you're looking for. Since I do almost all my online stuff with WiFi, I don't need much data, so I use Mint Mobile, on TMobile towers - $15/month for 3GB of data, unlimited talk and text. And TMobile cover where I go like a blanket. If you need unlimited data, or Xfinity's data plan is a better buy for you, use them. You have to figure what you need against who charges how much for what. (And whether the phone you have can be used on the carrier you're going to. Spending $800 on a phone to save $5/month isn't worth it.)

You are thinking of ancient times my friend. Calls on Verizon are pretty much all VoLTE unless you specifically are in an area that is 3G/CDMA only (rare) plus CDMA is shutting down at the end of 2019.

I guarantee my calls are just as HD as a T-Mobile persons -- since we are all using HD Voice + VoLTE ;).

T-Mobile / Verizon and them are not so much CDMA/GSM unless in bad coverage areas. All calls are VoLTE now.

You're right. What can I say? I'm old.

My second paragraph holds true, though.

The only one that CDMA really stands for right now is Sprint. Sprint only has a few markets w/ VoLTE and also only on select phones so they're still mainly CDMA. Typical Sprint sadly :(
