Opinions all over the map, which is to be expected. No phone is perfect, if it was, we'd all own it. For me, the Bionic, is perfect. Yeah, occasional issues flair up, but show me a phone that has not had complaints from time to time. As a photographer, I spent a lot of time comparing displays closely. I looked at resolution, color (both gamma and accuracy), contrast and sharpness. The vaunted SAMPLES left me unimpressed. The ONLY display I found better in my range of choices was the 4a, but well, no point in going there. Still, its display is unmatched. Black and white photos are untinted as they are in the Samsung offerings. Speed, build quality, features, etc., are excellent. I did add the extended battery and now have no trouble going through the day, streaming, Web surfing, emails and texting. The camera leaves something to be desired, but Camera Zoom FX remedied most of my complaints.

Keep in mind that it is normal to see many complaints about any device in a forum, that's the most common reason people post. When they're happy, we rarely hear from them. For every complainer, there are two dozen folks who don't have the issue. Its the quality of the posts, not the quantity.

Sure, I was at first tempted by the Razr and other devices, but they too have their pros and cons, and the spec differences are marginal. The only thing I am waiting on is ICS, which will come in due time.

Let us know what you decide, and why!

What I say all the time, wise words.
