Wow. Alot of issues with ICS update

There are not that many, if any actual bugs. Sense is what it is, replace it with nova or go. In the root and Rom world, you always wipe your phone if you want to avoid problems ALWAYS. Some guys don't and most of the time they are fine, but every now and again, they eventually have to wipe.
I use the sense mail app for gmail, if that's what your getting at, and have never had the problem you are describing. But I don't use windows live, so I can't comment on that.
I have a question about the Official ICS update. Is anyone experiencing that the phone takes a lot longer to charge after the update?I used to be able to charge up to 100% within an hour or so but now it's taking 3 hours to charge. Also, ICS seems to be worse on battery life!
My phone is running better than ever. I did not have to do a factory reset, but I didn't really have any issues prior to updating to ICS.
Running flawless here. I don't know what all the commotion is about.

One more question. Will all my widgets stay where they are now after I update? Anything I need to know before I do this? Thanks for the help.

only issue I have is when i get a text it only vibrates!!!! i find myself checking my phone every ten minutes. I've done everything (i think) to try and fix, but a factory reset don't want to do it. other then that phone is smooth. any ideas how to fix text notification?

What have you tried? Are you using the stock messaging app? If so, I suggest going to Go SMS Pro (my favorite) or one of the other available apps. They are more customizable...and are free!

I use Handcent i have uninstalled tried stock same issue, and installed Go SMS same problem, The sound plays when i select it for my notification in the settings and just vibrates when i actually get a text.
Is your browser slow loading pages? I saw a post that people are saying after ICS there pages take forever to load.
I thought I would encounter bugs for sure but my phone is running faster and smoother than before by FAR. The screen transitions show a slight fade in and out and the browser is silky smooth. I have encountered a few issues with the chrome browser and SwiftKey 3 and the input of text, but I'm thrilled with the phone exactly as is. I thought gingerbread was enough, but ice cream sandwich on these hot summer days hits the spot.

Is swift key only giving you a problem with Chrome? What is the problem you are having and have you fixed it yet?
Just my two cents... Chrome is the issue... Love it.. But it sucks.

I don't know if there is anything to this but I did a factory reset before the update because my phone was a "mess". My wife on the other hand didn't feel like dealing with the reset. My phone upgraded just fine. Her's was fine for about 24 hours and then got itself stuck in a bootloop. After 45 minutes on the phone with Verizon, they have decided that the phone is bricked and will be sending her a replacement. It's probably completely coincidental, but I will be doing resets before upgrading from now on lol
Swiftkey 3 is also giving me problems. Moving up and down inside of a message doesn't work and predictions don't always show up.
