Wow. Best Buy has an entire section of the store devoted to Samsung Galaxy Products

This is wrong, the Samsung ppl can not sell anything, you pay best buy not samsung. The Samsung rep told me he could not sell me the phone and I had to go to the phone dept to buy one.

So they can't answer questions and they can't sell anything. Why are they there again?

LOL good question, I told the manager they should get rid of the reps, since the Best Buy salesmen knew more about the phone than the reps did. The guy is somewhat helpful with pamphlets lol, he kept grabbing them out when I asked him a question, and sad thing the guy has been with the company for more than 2 years. I found the galaxy rep more akin to a car salesmen. Tries to get a quick sale out of those who are not willing to wait or research. He did seem to know a lot about music systems though........ Just not phones.
