Wrong Location on Google Maps

Device Model : A0001 ( Bacon / One Plus One )
Andriod : 6.0.1
CynogenMod Version : 13.0-20160106
Phone Rooted

Problem : Wrong location on google map.:'(
Every time I try using google maps it shows me in a different state ( approx : 500 Miles away ) from my current location.

Fixes already tried :
Reseting google map data.
Tried using different app ( HERE ) for navigating with no success.

Are you sure that GPS is on?And phone is high accuracy mode?

Try this:

Open the Phone, as if you were going to make a phone call and dial -
*#9090# -- Diagnostic Configuration (*#197328640# if that doesn't work)
Menu, select Key Input, enter Q
Menu, select Key Input, enter 0000
wait for the next menu. (It takes a while.)
UMTS->COMMON->NV REBUILD->NV REBUILD->SYSTEM->PROTOCOL->GPS->IMS
or, if you don't have UMTS:
UE SETTINGS & INFO->SETTING->SYSTEM->NV REBUILD->ALL

Restart the phone.

If the GPS isn't working, no app will work with the data it gets.

Yes Phone is in High accuracy mode and GPS is ON

getting message " Connection problem or invalid MMI Code. "

Thanks for replying. I hope you guyz can help me fixing the problem.

I tried " GPS Fix " app available in playstore " https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...id=com.androidlab.gpsfix&hl=en&token=x2zLiDXi "
After running it, google maps start showing correct location. But as soon as I close it ( google maps ) or restart the phone, issue starts Happening again.
Also " GPS FIX " takes too long to get fix on my position.

Yes Phone is in High accuracy mode and GPS is ON
