Just put my Verizon Note 7 on the wireless charger and was greeted with this mess.

What and how did this get on my phone?

Your carriers bloat where most likely, my sprint phone auto downloads apps without permission

I thought I disabled all the Verizon bloat and today out of nowhere this crap hits me. I believe it's called AppLock Pro.

You need to disable DT Ignite.

I have DT Ignite disabled. This just came out of the blue today. I could not even access my phone for a while as this was hitting me for passwords that I did not make or know.

That's really odd. My friend on ATT had the recalled note and this is exactly what happened on his phone. I looked in settings in his phone and realized it came from a camera app. Or filter app. I had him uninstall it and it went away. Don't know if it's an app that came on the phone. His version was extremely bloat heavy

I hate when they hide adds like that, I have noticed in the play Store now some apps say includes adds.

It was an app call AppLock Pro and I don't remember seeing this before on my phone.

I was able to uninstall it and pray it's gone. I can't believe Verizon would put that crap on me.

This is the 2nd time I've seen finger pointing at ES File Explorer and I'm perplexed as I have it installed (pro version) and haven't seen these types of things at all (knock on wood). Are you all SURE ES File Explorer is to blame?

It was AppLock Pro. It just magically appeared on my phone today.
This nightmare was trying to take over all control of my phone.

Yes it's app lock causing your problem. It happened on my previous phone the Sammy Note 4. I took off app lock on my Note 4 because the adware annoyed me more than the app was worth having. Didn't feel I needed app lock on my Note 7 since I can put apps in my secure folder that no one else can access anyway..

The first screenshot you have shows a broom in the circle icon. My guess is that it's from Clean Master or some cleaning app you downloaded. Those apps put shady crap on your phone and it sucks.
TouchPal keyboard also has been known to throw lockscreen ads

Look for apps like that and dig into the settings to uncheck whether looks like a spam setting...
