X acting up tonight

Today is the first time I have had an issue with phone. First in the middle of texting it seemed to lock up, after a few seconds it went crazy like I was touching the screen opening menus and such. Then about 2 hours later in the middle of reading an incoming text it Locked up, went in to sleep and would not wake up out turn off, had to pull battery. Back to BB days?

Only thing I did today was install facebook app, and that was in the morning.

Since the facebook app had that battery drain issue, update it and see if this problem happens again.

Where I am sure there are many that the FB app is not doing well for. I updated and had a very slow day with my phone. But after 10 hours it is still at 80% with the new app. So I do not think it is a problem for me. My guess would be those having a problem with the app have something installed that it is not agreeing with. And that is still with my display being on about 90 mins.

my phone did this also after I installed that facebook app. I uninstalled it and no more problems.

I had the same problem. Once I logged out of the facebook app the problem went away. I downloaded the new update with the fix in it last night and so far so good.
