X users that also use Yahoo Mail app....

I know this has to do with an app but I thought to put it in this forum as it appears to be affect DX users.

If you use the official Yahoo Mail app from the market, do you receieve and audio as well as vibrate notification when you receive an email?

For some reason I only get the vibrate notification and no sound/audio notification.

My wife's Incredible though has the audio/sound notification.

Im curious to see if any other DX users are experiencing the same thing.

I have done a total wipe/reset in hopes that I had the settings messed up but my settings are exactly the same as I have my wife's settings at.

Any thoughts?

I had both until I installed Liberty 1.5 Not really tried to fix it. Annoying though.

Must be an issue with the Yahoo Mail app itself. I also only get vibrate now, however I do not have Liberty 1.5 on my phone.

Is the Yahoo app better than the Gmail app or something? Why not just forward your Yahoo mail to a Gmail account if it doesn't work the way you want? I think you could still send emails to show they were coming from your Yahoo account from within the Gmail app from what I have read.
