So, I went to an XFINITY store last week and was told VEHEMENTLY that "my system says a Note 10 won't work so it won't work", by the small minded rep. When I offered to show him this and other threads PROVING they work, he simply kept pointing to the screen like a trained elephant. Needless to say, I utilized an older phone to enter an IMEI online, and ordered the SIMs (wife has an Apple device so that was no issue). They arrived yesterday, and worked within 2 minutes of SIM swap. VM and wifi calling are both functional. The question is, do I waltz into that store and show the rep he was a moron? I think I can be nice about it, but I really want to prove my point.
