Xiaomi Redmite Note 9S

Hi, got a redmi note 9s that ive factory reset,
Now im stumped as its saying its locked , it asks for last pin i used and ive tried everything! But doesnt work, so i tried the enter email option etc instead, but keeps saying error (after sending a security code to my other phone and i accept etc)
So stuck with a useless phone at the moment , has anybody had the same problem and found a solution??.

Welcome to Android Central! Has this always been your phone? It sounds like it might have belonged to someone else at some point, and they never properly removed their account from the phone before you obtained it. This is Factory Reset Protection, and you can't bypass that.

Where did you factory reset in settings or recovery?

Sounds like in recovery if you put the correct email and password and doesn't work there nothing more we can help you with as stated above its FRP , try contacting Xiaomi see what they say .
