This is slow laggy and just doesn't work right!I'm all for android but even Samsung galaxy s 2 craps all over this its lagging like hell as I'm typing.don't know how can give this hype when its crap the I pad 1st Gen is alot quicker and smoother than this,YouTube buffers all the time and got great wifi connection my phone plays YouTube without buffering once,sick of waiting for a decent update needs a major overhaul wasted lots of money on this hate apple but for tablets it crushes this looks like ipad2 hear I come,always defended this device but seriously jacking me off now got it mainly for web and films and can't even do them right!!!!
 
Whoa, how about typing using proper grammar and syntax...

Try switching to the Honeycomb native keyboard, or using the Thumb Keyboard.

What specifically is laggy? Mine is pretty snappy, even using the stock launcher.

If you're talking about just the browser, try setting plugins to on-demand.

What happened to it in the last 3 months? My YouTube buffer was fixed with 3.1. Looks like you should sell it now before a newer model comes out and they aren't worth as much. And also please try and clean up the language. We have young teen readers. Thanks and hope you find something that fits you better.

The more of them going to Apple, the better. Seriously. Not trying to be rude. Apple holds classes for low-techs. One thing you have to hand Apple is customer service. They understand the value of customer comfort, confidence and satisfaction. They go out of their way to offer newbie lessons to guys just like this.

I work tech support for Verizon communications and unfortunately we get call like this daily from people that just want to complain and automatcaly blame the device instead of trying to work wth us to try and resolve the issue.
 
I'm running that kernel just at stock 1.0 and love it. Its like it should have came with it.

Have you tried turning it off and then on again?

Check his posts. Had the Xoom for a long time. Just don't know what set off the rant now when the issues have been issues the whole time. And remember calling someone a troll is considered trolling.

I hope you enjoy your eyepad. Like all Apple products, it's a very remedial experience, but if that's what you want you're free to impose all of those limits on your experience. It was a nice device when it was the only game in town, but the Xoom with it's flaws blows it out of the water, imFo.

My typing is smooth and fast. My only real problem with the keyboard is that occasionally I click on a space and don't get one at all!

My Youtube videos play quickly and smoothly here both from the Youtube app or a click from the browser..

Neither my eyepad or my Xoom were "jacking me off" like yours, but I'm sure with the increases of technology that's not too far off. :-)

Sure, the device can sorely use some tweaks. But it's far from the nightmare you describe and nothing a weekly reboot doesn't solve. Sorry to see you go, but you don't have to come in here and slap us all in the face on the way out. BYE!

How would it impose limits?
 
I do love my xoom. But I must admit. My browser crashes like 5x a day. On homescreen it lags from one page to the next. And when I am in some apps and I go back home I get a black screen then everything loads again. These are things we all have to deal with when being an early adopter. Just like the pilgrims on Plymouth rock lol. But hopefully android 3.2 fixes alot of the issues.
 
OP is seriously upset, lol.

I had my Xoom since March and I am yet to experience anything with it. 3.0 was glitchy a little, but 3.1 fixed everything for me. I have no idea what OP is talking about.
 
He must be in Europe running 3.0 since his device is listed as a Samsung galaxy s 2 right?

I have no idea what you are talking about. I get no lag on my Xoom, my Youtube hasn't ever had to stop to buffer. iPad 2 has never, and will never "crush" the Xoom, unless you consider less features and worse hardware "crushing" something.

This is the same I have but it would take a major update to sort this and your looking at 6 month + lads on home screen and isn't even a live wallpaper!

Yeah and most tech support are useless!like you,your job is to help and you just keep people on the line costing them a fortune get a proper job!!
