Xoom wont start

I have just bought a Xoom with wi-fi and 3g and when I turned it on I git a message saying " the tabletbis not provisioned insert a valid sim card and reboot"

Does anyone have ideas, I have tried rebooting and get the same message.

Take it to verizon or call. You shouldn't need sim card unless you got the 4g upgrade. Even then though it shouldn't be required to start it up.
