Xperia SP Lock screen widgets

Hello, after a recent update to 4.3, lock screen widgets were added. I really like this feature, as I can now quickly snap photos. However, since today, the camera widget disappeared, leaving only the clock and calendar. The widget with the plus sign, which allowed adding new widgets, is also gone.

Any ideas on how to fix this? I've tried googling it, to no avail, as all solutions tell me to swipe to the plus sign and add a new widget.
