Thanks to wtfmateim65 who would have thought to call it in lol. They will send you a free USB replacement cover, and as mentioned have your IMEI # ready. The Z1S has an ID tray just above your sim card pull the little tab you can barely see and it will have the phones info. Thanks to ericlc2 for the #

Easy way to find your IMEI#
Goto your settings-about phone-status. Imei# is almost in the middle of the page

Has anyone tried to remove it? The cover is flimsy and a nuisance when you're trying to plug in the usb cable. i'd rather detach and place it in a safe place.
