Yahoo file folder won't stay deleted

I keep noticing a yahoo file folder in my file explorer in my phone's internal storage. Every time I delete it it comes back within a few minutes. I do not have yahoo mail installed on my phone. I think it might be attached to an app but I don't know which one if that's the case.

Any ideas?

Just noticed there is a blank yahoo file, no extension, in the parent folder and I can't delete it or view is properties either.

Do you have yahoo messenger installed or yahoo mail app ?
