Yellowish screen

Is this normal....

When I am in the Android Central app my screen has a yellowish tint to it. When I touch the screen to scroll the screen turns white but when I remove my finger the background goes back to the yellowish tint. Is this normal?

Maybe I need to wash my fingers:-D

Happens on my GS3 as well. I thought it had to do with some of the power save options so I ensured they were all off. It still happens. I'm glad to know it's not just me.
