Yes Had Spontaneously cracked screen on s6

Did anyone get a result from Samsung re Spontaneously cracking screen? I had my screen just go black...phone was still working no display, so I took the cover off it and checked it all out...completely clean no marks. Ive had it for less than 6 months, so was preparing to go to get replacement, the next day I pick the phone up and noticed the screen was cracked...but not the top screen, it looks like its cracked inside, IE you can't feel it and you have to hold it in the light to see it. I couldn't work it out as I had gone over it several times the day before(In light) when the careen went blank to make sure there was no marks on it before I took it to claim the warranty, I didn't touch it all night and then I pick it up the next day and noticed the crack right across it, When I went to the provider and told them this, he planted a seed iwhen he said "Do you know if the crack appeared before or after the screen went blank" Stupidly I replied I didn't know but told him that I had gone right over the phone the day before and didn't see it but then noticed it this morning and thought I must have some how missed it beforehand. I now realise after what he said and what I'm reading online that this is a lot more common with this phone than is being let on! The Telco provider advised however that as the screen is cracked, even though the phone is completed unmarked everywhere and that the crack is internal, that they rang Samsung and Samsung advised they would charge $300- $400 fix it but I had to bring it in for them to look at it, so my warranty won't cover it because they said the crack had probably caused the black screen, but if you read online the " Black screen" seems to be quite an issue with this phone.
