You may want to skip 4.3

After the 4.3 update I noticed a shortened battery life and issues with Bluetooth. I was plugging my phone in about two hours earlier than normal but the Bluetooth is what was really bugging me. Every time I tried to connect to my car stereo or wireless speaker in my bedroom I would have to turn BT off and back on to get it to connect.

I finally got tired of this and started looking for a solution. I found a lot of complaints and reports about 4.3 on the gnex such as this:Android 4.3 Issues Continue Plaguing Nexus Users

I decided to roll back to 4.2.2 and my issues are gone. Just a heads up to my fellow gnex users.

Did you try clearing cache in recovery? Sometimes data conflict happen.

No problems with BT with my 4.3 update. It pairs right up with both my truck and 2 car radios.

Battery life the same.

My original run with 4.3 was via OTA update. Just flashed the 4.3 factory image this morning and will give it another shot. Battery died fairly quickly today but was an unusual day also. No problems with BT so far. I'll see how it goes over the next few days.

Bluetooth is still problem free. Going to give it a couple more days to see what battery life is like. Seems alright so far.
