Your best battery life and screen on time

Got over 8 hours of SOT yesterday. Very impressive! Drained it to 1% though.

Got this yesterday. Easily my best screen on time for sure, and probably my best total battery use as well.

A few days ago.
Exynos S10 Plus on ASD5. Brightness about 30-40%, mostly on Wifi but sometimes on 4G. Bluetooth on. Battery on optimized, adaptive power off. WQHD resolution.

This is my best ever so far. I average 3 days standby on T-Mobile. I do nothing special to get that standby time. I also use an XS Max on T-Mobile that also gets 3-4 days standby. This is the 1TB Snapdragon, 12GB RAM model.

Over the years I stopped caring about numbers. If it last me all day, I'm good.

While true , I use it to guage how it does better then my previous phone or when get updates see any improvements , it's a handy tool.

This is what I know, it says 7-8hrs SOT per day at the end of the day. But in real world usage it lasts easily from morning till night and it's the first phone that doesn't give me battery anxiety.

I run my phone at the resolution set out of the box and my battery is set at optimized.

This phone is the power champ, I even get cold sweats worrying about my XS Max. Makes me very excited to see what occurs with the new Note.

What am I doing wrong?! Cant seem to get past 4-5 hours SOT. Full HD resolution, and optimized battery.

Screen on time is not a good gauge to use to compare to the results of others because it not the only power factor..

I agree with you but how much more could I be doing than the person who gets 10hr sot. I am not really a power user.
