Your device not compatible with this update - Media Hub

I tried to go to the media hub, got message I have to accept update, clicked ok, got message that my device is not compatible with the update. Talked to Samsung support via chat, got link with instructiom how to update straight thru play store, did not work either. Media Hub icon did not show up amongst the apps ready for update. Music Hub, Readers Hub and Game Hub working fine. So now I cannot acces the Media Hub. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Have you found any way to resolve this? I've cleared the case and tried to manual update but there is no option. Bugging me now ...
