Looking for opinions on the what everyone's favorite video and/or photo app is. I am looking for something that has a lot of fun editing features that you can play around with while or after taking photos/videos. Thanks!

I hear that's a good choice - I think Camera ZOOM FX is quite good - also Little Photo has some real nice "hipster filters".
If you want to get nuts try Paper Camera.
