Your homescreen layout strategy

I feel like I'm the only productivity widget junkie on these forums :'(
Evernote/ToDoLists/Agenda/calendar widgets ftw!

I've made use of all 5 of my homescreens.
I have each screen dedicated to specific things.
This is the order i'm using:

1. Music; Google Play, Spotify, and last.fm, and I have the My Music, and last.fm widgets on that page.
2. News; Currents, Pulse, Taptu, Flipboard, Pocket, and Zite. I also have the Taptu, and Flipboard widgets on that screen.
3. My Library, so far i've left the main homescreen stock. I like the idea of having a screen that displays all of my media; music, books, tv shows, and magazines.
4. Social Media; Plume, Android Central, Short Blogger, Foursquare, and I have Plume, Email, and Youtube widgets on that page.
5. Miscellaneous; I have all the random apps that don't really belong anywhere else, but I still want access to them on a homescreen, I also have wifi, battery, and Calendar widgets on that page.

Hmmm seems like a lot when I type is all out. lol

This is mine I like a simple look to the first home screen and most used apps at the quick launch.

I'm usually a fan of simplicity myself but then I think about all the productivity widgets that really make my life easier

Create folders for all the apps you have by category. And set for of the most used app outside of your folder for quick access. And a widget that tell Times, date, and temp.

I use a lot of folders in order to make semi-frequently used apps available from the main home screen. My quick launch tray has Chrome, Gmail, a Google media folder (e.g. Play Magazines, Music, YouTube, etc), a maps folder, an IM folder, and an app market folder. Some apps are duplicated, such as Google Play Music in my quick launch's Google media folder and the "Music & Radio" folder, for convenience. My first home screen is my Chrome bookmarks widget; the second home screen is all games; the fourth home screen is a Tasks widget and music player widgets; and the fifth home screen is a calendar widget.

I've been enamored with "SPB Shell 3D" on the Play Store, and yes, it's expensive. And it's pure eye candy, but it's a very slick launcher that provides some excellent widgets and function. I use it on my Droid Bionic as well.

Unfortunately, my home screen is kinda busy, but it is organized into various categories to keep things straight.

FYI, the folders on the left can be sized to 1x1, 3x1, and 3x3, and thy pop out and "expand" when you tap them displaying the full contents.

Oh, and probably most importantly are the three icons on the lower right (Month, Calculator, and Notes.) They look innocuous, but there are icons that popup widgets!

No, this isn't an SPB Shell 3D function, but a cool app called Popup Widget. This free (ads) or paid (no ads) app lets you create an icon that, when tapped, pops open almost any Android widget. You can define the size, where it pops up, how it pops up, and several other features. It gives you the flexibility of widgets accessible through icons. If you are tight for screen space, this is a Godsend.

can any one help me for below query?
Is there any application in android that reset home screen after restarting mobile.
There is a one application in I OS - Reset home screen layout. Which reset entire home screen and data once you restart your phone.
Generally this application used for demo machine in showroom if they don't want to set home screen again and again.
For eg. If they have placed one mobile on display which is installed with some demo contents and by mistakenly if someone have deleted some contents. Then, just they need to restart the mobile. That will again comes in previous stage.

Please suggest me some application for above use.
If possible mail me at jatin.shah1988@gmail.com
Waiting for your reply.
Thanks in advance.
