Welcome to the forums, but we need more info from you to help. Is your phone also an Oppo? What do you mean by locked? If you mean you see a lock screen, then you have to input the password, pin, etc. that you set to unlock it. If you don't remember it, then you may be out of luck (it's a security feature, after all). If this is a phone you bought from someone else, sounds like they didn't clear the lock and reset the phone, and you'll need to have them do so or return the phone.

There's other possible meanings to being a "locked" phone, but I suspect you're referring to the lock screen. If not, you'll need to be more specific.

Welcome to AC, factory reset in recovery it will ask for your Google credentials
