Your thoughts and the HSUPA capping?

I filed a complaint with the better business bureau for false advertising and i suggest many of you should do as well. The only time a big company listens is when a formal complaint is made.

You're late. Several BBB complaints were filed, a few weeks ago.

In each case, ATT responded to the BBB that the Atrix HSUPA function was still being tested, and that ATT would turn it on, should they determine that the function met their technical standards.

Each case was closed, with no further action, because BBB was satisfied with ATT's response.

I agree that Moto rushed the atrix as well as the xoom to market.

I agree with this. But Motorola does seem on top of pushing out the updates to fix the issues. I have the Xoom to and it only has minor issues. The Tablet itself is great though. Im pretty satisfied with the expierence on both devices.

I'd say they're dragging their feet and are feeding tidbits to consumers when it suits them.
There's all the flash binaries and whatnot they must have but choose not to release.
They got the jump on the competition and then don't feel obligated to do **** until the competition releases their own models. In the meantime, consumers are left frustrated with incomplete HW/SW implementations are NO apparent concern from the manufacturer.
