Please post your top rooted apps that work with EVO. Also note if it has to be fully rooted or if it works under unrEVOked.

Quickboot is ok but have you ever tried boot control

I'm using Root Explorer and it's pretty nice. On the pre i really missed having a file manager. That wifi tethering for root is slick too.

I use ASTRO myself...recomend it for those wanting a smooth file explorer

The first thing I noticed using astro was that it just gives an error for extensionless files where root explorer asks you what app to use to open it. That's a big deal for me

QuickSSHd works great with EVO and unREVoked. Is worth $1.50. Easier setup than dropbear.

Nice to be able to ssh in using putty from windows. I was then able to get busybox working thanks to unREVoked. No need to fully root.

1. Ad free (rooted only) fantastic for killing most of the annoying ads

2. Shoot me ( non rooted) good screenshot grabber though there may be a better option in the market

3. Titanium backup pro ( rooted only) great way to delete in wanted apps as well as freeze them. Not to mention a good way to back up apps ( though I have read its not always reliable)

4. Set CPU ( rooted only) underclock/ overclock processor speed. I could go on about this one for days as being a must have for the tech elite lol

Don't have five as I don't use rom manager because of the headaches its given me in the past.
