Honestly, I wasn't completely clear on the instructions.

Can you clarify?

"So long press those said apps then tap info> scroll to set as default then tap >turn off it's Web links ? Or you can go settings>apps>3 dots upper right corner tap>reset app preference"

If I copy paste the link into Chrome it works. Any way to fix it so I can just click it?

Ok, first -- do you have TikTok installed on your phone? If not, that would be why the Play Store is opening on your phone, because it's prompting you to install TikTok so that you can open that link within the TikTok app.

If you don't want to install TikTok, then there's another possibility. Which app are you using that shows you this TikTok rewards thing -- FB Messenger? Whichever app it is, look through its settings for an option on how to open links. Make sure that's set to something like "Open in this app." This utilizes the basic browser that the app has access to.
