Youtube Android App Not Showing Cast Button

Hello, and sorry if this topic already exists. I'm trying to cast videos from my Note 3 to my PS3 with the YouTube Android App but I notice the button won't show up. When I go to the settings from the Android App to type in the pairing code from the PS3 to pair manually, it just doesn't do anything after I press ok. What I noticed was that if I go to Manage Paired Devices from the PS3 YouTube App, my phone shows up in the Paired Devices List. The last thing I should say is that whenever I turn off the Wi-Fi on my phone and turn it back on, the cast button shows up for a few seconds with the option "Sony PS3" available. But it disappears before I can do anything. Any help would be greatly valued.
