YouTube app very bright when I open?

Ever since the Nougat update every time I open the YouTube app it opens very bright compared to everything else. Does anyone have the same issue and know how to fix it? I have my brightness set to less than 50% which is much higher than I used to have it before the update because it seems much dimmer now.

You have Video Enhancer turned on. You can turn it off by going into Advanced Features in your settings.
