Youtube bad quality on H+

Hi guys, wanted to see if anyone else has noticed this aswell, on the youtube app over a H data connection even when i put it to high quality the videos look quite pixelated, on wifi they look fine, i have a full h+ signal so its not a bad connection so i was thinking mibbe youtube hasnt caught up with the 1080p screens ?, anyone have any ideas ?

I do, barely watchable most of the time. Every now and again it will go back crystal clear, then when the scene changes back to pixelated again. On wifi: perfect. Even if I'm on a poor H+ connection, surely that should just mean more buffering, not rubbish HD.

Reminds me of the "old days" when WMV used to appear similar, and you'd just have to wait until it would all of a sudden correct itself. Like it's a decoding issue or something.

Nexus 4, though it happened on my Galaxy Nexus as well.
