Youtube Issues

I don't know if I put the blame on my HTC One, but the youtube videos are starting in low resolution and I'm not realising how to fix that.

It's the app or the htc bugging?

I'm pretty sure YouTube videos on mobile automatically switch to low quality when you have a slow internet connection.
Try going into Settings > General and see if "High quality on mobile" is ticked.
