Youtube killing my data -- keeps switching to 1080p

I'm about to go back to iPhone because I've spent $50 in data overage charges because the stupid youtube app keeps switching to 1080p without me noticing over 4g and within 5mims there goes 1gb!

Is there some way to fix this? I switch back to 480p and what do you know...back to 1080p a week later.

Ok, here's a tip that will save you $50
1. Go to your youtube account settings
2. In the playback options, select "I have a slow connection. Never play higher-quality video

Or you can try using different apps such as Viral Lite. I assure you, you'll be satisfied.
