Youtube not working

[AC Question]

My youtube app not working its display no connection and playback id been shown but i have full wifi connection and my other app using internet are playing but not on my youtube app. Please help

When you access the YouTube application and the 'connection error' shows up, you should also be shown a little pop-up message at the bottom of the screen which says: 'You are offline' on the left corner and 'Go Online' on the right one, which is tappable. Tap it, and you should be good to go

If this doesn't work or any message is displayed, please try to restart the device.
