Youtube problems still!

I'm so sick sick sick of youtube video problems ever since the original lollipop release. Why can't it be addressed?
Constantly rebooting phone and that doesn't always work.

If I do this would the phone stay in developer mode or will it go back to normal after restart? Should I try it?
