My YouTube HTC widget won't work at all I get no response from it any suggestions?

I too have had major problems with the YouTube app, not the widget just the app. Its never really worked the way I think it should.
I have thought about doing what you said, but where would I get the app from again, once deleted?
I looked in market and can't find it.

my bad, uninstall and reinstall the UPDATES...also clear the cache

Sometimes when the widget doesn't work is because your not sign in on your youtube account......also make sure your account doesn't say @youtube.com....if it does delete by going to your android setup icon

How can you uninstall or reinstall an update?

I am using "Application Version 1.5.20" that came on DInc and I don't believe it has ever updated.

The problem I'm having is when attempting to look and my subscriptions under my account. When I click on a channel that I'm subscribed too, it either lists no videos or it lists a ton of duplicates of random videos that aren't really by that YouTuber and aren't on his/her channel.

Sorry, if I'm hijacking this thread from OP. I've been meaning to post something about this and his post and your response reminded me of it.

Please reply about the OP's problem with the Widget as well if anyone has any additional info.

I went there and the only options were Clear data, Clear cache, Clear defaults, and Force stop. I tried all of those and none helped my issue.

You can't only If rooted just download the link I posted.. it installs it as a youtube update

Downloaded and installed it. Its now version 1.6.19(E)

Works much much better than previous version. It still says 0 videos under every channel in my subscriptions list and a couple of my subscriptions aren't in the list, but once I click on the channel it opens up to the way it should be with only that channel's videos and in the correct order.
