How to start youtube in landscape mode everytime?

If you have Auto-Rotate turned on, and you hold the phone in landscape orientation when you start YouTube, it should start in landscape. That doesn't happen for you?

The app description suggests that you can customize rotation settings for individual apps, but I've never tried it myself.
