[Z00ld] Hardware stopped working

Yesterday I was recording a video, listening to music, and just enjoying my phone, but then after a few hours I realized that I can't charge it anymore, any cables I tried doesn't charge my phone, I got home, charged my battery using a universal charger, and when I opened it up I can't hear any sounds in my phone because the speaker doesn't work anymore too, I downloaded an app to test features and I discovered that the mic and the vibration also doesn't work anymore, I don't know what happened ;(

Welcome to Android Central! Does this also happen in Safe Mode? How to turn on safe mode on Asus Zenfone 2 Laser ZE500KL. If so, then the hardware is probably failing.
