Z3 cant find my sim card.

[AC Question]

My z3 can find my old simcard, but the new one is not recognized. It does restart when i put in the new simcard, but on the reboot it will not let me put in the PIN and shows the no simcard inserted icon at the top.

The old simcard works though, I tried factory resetting it.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you sure the new card isn't defective? Can you try it in another phone? If it still doesn't work, bring it back to the store and ask for a replacement.
