This has finally fixed the folder dimensions problem. They used to open incorrectly if at certain positions on the homescreen grid layout.

I also noticed they took the What's New option out of the long clicking and dragging up on the Home, now it just says Google

Good call. That Sony app was pretty useless

I don't recall seeing it before the update (correct me if i'm wrong), but we now have the option to place the Google search bar at the top of every home screen (just like a Nexus or Google Experience phone).
This is great, because it doesn't use up a row of icons. Previously the only option was to eat up an entire row with the Google search bar widget ... if you wanted the search bar that is.
