Zagg glass screen

Does the fingerprint security feature work correctly when you have a glass screen on your Note 4? Mine does not seem to work at all.

Not sure why a glass screen protector would have ANY impact on your note 4? I'm not aware of a glass protector that would cover the home button. I have the Spigen glass tr and my fp sensor works fine.
