ZeroLemon 10000mAh Battery

Hello everyone,

I am wanting to get some opinions from people that have this product and see if anyone has this issue. As stated in the title i have the 10000mAh battery with the case. I have been using this for 6 days straight, text, phone calls, facebook,netflix,music,pandora,heroescharge... Nothing Insane! I am now running into the issue when the battery get's around 5% if you take the battery out then place it back in the device it will register around 85% give or take. I have done this 3 or 4 times, and as i type this post, I am watching netflix . The battery is on 1% and the screen is VERY dim.. As you would expect from a phone that is freaking out and trying to save it's resources. Knowing that it's a 3rd party product and i'm sure that with all the math etc the OS not recognizing a battery bigger than what it was manufactured with. Or am I the only just trying to kill this battery and seeing the affects of this? :-\

I have the same issue. Mine usually jumps up 30% after removing battery and reinstalling it. The battery worked awesome until the lollipop update. Then I noticed this issue and that it seemed not to last as long as it did on kitkat.

I am curious to see if anyone else has this issue.

I purchased the 10,000mAh battery for the Samsung Note 4. I have followed the instructions on charging the battery. The note4 doesn't seem to recognize the full discharge of the battery. The issue I am having with this is, when i fully charge the battery. ( as instructed , also powering off the phone and letting it charge ) The battery will drain to 30% in about 2 days ( decent use FB , text play music ) At 30% if i take the battery out of the phone and place it back in, the phone reads 70%. I need to know if this is a know issue? or possible bad battery? Any tips or help would be great!

Hi,

Thanks for your email. We are sorry to hear the trouble. The battery power your phone shows may not be accurate.For example, it shows 10% actually it is not like that.

You know, the phone and the charger of Note 4 are programmed as fast charge function and the battery percentage is also programmed to show the percentage of 1 battery. But actually the note 4 10000mah battery is tri-cell battery. The 10% percentage you see is based on one battery capacity(3333mah) , so the battery capacity you still have is 3333*2+3333*10%=6900mah charge. Then you use 6900 divide 10000 , then 69% comes out. Which is approximate to 65 % as you described. So at this point, you can use at least 2 days with "10% " charge.

As battery is oversized, the only accurate methods to test this battery capacity are based on how much time you can use from 100% to 0%.

Please let me know if you have any concerns.

I saw "10,000mAh battery" and had to read this! LOL!

I ended up watching a YouTube video (I can't post a link to it, as I've less than 10 posts) - it explains what the problem might be with your phone registering the wrong "85%" charge. It is around 2½ minutes into the video.

It says the phone has to learn the new battery, so he suggests a slightly different charging method than the instructions. Worth a look.
