It's like an Otterbox Defender but with an added battery. The sound is slightly muffled with the port covers and the s health sensor aren't readily accessible due to the highly recessed back cover. However, once you get the battery conditioned, you can get around 17-19 hours of onscreen time!

First charge lasted about 36 hours to get to around 10%. Second charge is going faster but mine Note 3 did the same thing until it was calibrated. I'm like the other guy I like the added heft!

The battery life is insane! Although it's kinda ridiculous how the phone has been saying it's at 1% battery for over 12 hours now.

Supposedly, the fast charging is specific to the OEM battery so to calibrate the extended battery properly, standard charging is best.

From what I read, fast charging only works for a third of the battery because the technology is programmed for the 3220 mAh OEM battery (in other words, it was set by Samsung). However, once the battery is conditioned after the first few charges, a full recharge should only take about 4 hours.
