I've been waiting for this app to go live on the Market. Has anyone received any notification from the Zinio people as to when it will be available for download?

I know many people are sideloading it with varying degrees of success, but now that the G-Slate is available with it pre-loaded, I was hoping we'd see a general release.

Been checking every day for Zinio. Wonder why they've restricted it to pre-installed exclusive agreements so far.

Check the xda forum for work around. I've installed a couple of .apk files per their direction and zinio works for me. If I find time I'll post the link.

I e-mailed someone from Zinio about their app's release. This is what she said:

Thanks for your email.

I do not have a definitive date from my developers yet. I will let you know as soon as I hear one.

Ive heard a few weeks from the Zinio people...I also don't know what the hold up is. I sideloaded the readers hub (needed) and Zinio and it works fine with my Xoom.

Sorry for not replying I couldn't find this post. Here's the link. Remember to load the readers hub then zinio app. I've had this set up working for months now no problems.

The new version of the Nook app has magazine support. I got it up and running last night. It doesn't offer every magazine I subscribe to, yet. Nonetheless, it works well.
