Zip code and phone # format?

Trying to fill out the online application for the free battery / leather promo.
Getting errors that say the
ZIP CODE FORMAT and PHONE # FORMAT are INVALID.

I keyed '64973'. I also keyed the 9 digit number with and without dash.
Tried all known variations of my phone #. Still invalid.

What do they want?

I've never read a problem like that. Did you try clearing cache and/or use a different browser?

+1 on using a different browser. I have IE (of course), Chrome, and Firefox on y machine and every once in a while, only one of them will allow me to successfully complete a task in browser. IE is usually the biggest offender (for me) for instances like this, while Firefox seems to be the least offender.

Many thanks folks, I didn't think of the browser (Opera).
I was trying to figure out how Korean zip codes And phone numbers are written!
