Zoom in problems on my phone

When i tap my phone two+three times it zoom in even if I have locked phone, I just wanna know how to turn it off i can't stand it anymore.

Step 1: Go to settings

Step 2: Go to advance setting

Step 3: disable(turn off) zoom option.

This is what I talking about, please see picture. Sorry I mentioned two times actually it's 3 times tap and even when I is phone locked or unlocked it's happening. Is this normal with s4?also if I disable that would I have problems zooming photos and some texts?

Never mind got it. Finally I found where is is and now the phone works much better and more responsive. it's magnification gestures.
