ZTE Concord wifi Problems

my wifi isnt working on my concord!! i have no idea how to fix this i already tried a hard rest, wifi fix app and FXR fix and rescue and my friends concord works fine on the wifi.. im just lost :'(

Welcome to Android Central! Are you having problems only with your home wi-fi, or with any wi-fi network? Do any networks even come up when you turn wi-fi on? It would help to know more details of the actual problem, so we can start to figure out of it's a problem with actual reception (i.e., is your phone even receiving a wi-fi signal--if not, maybe the antenna is faulty) or a problem with the connection to a network (i.e., it can see the wi-fi signal, but it just doesn't want to connect).
